Decorated Rosette -11x14

One of your special ribbons in a shadow box to showcase. I only need the one rosette to make this 11” x 14” shadow box. Brass plate is included (I need the information you want on the plate).  If you want me to decorate with your ribbons I will need 25 tails in 3 colors.
